Lightweighting and recyclability of materials: which textiles for the transport sector?

CETI will take part in a technology day dedicated to textiles for the transport sector, organized by CLUBTEX.

In a context where reducing carbon footprint, lightweighting structures, and improving material recyclability are key challenges, technical textiles provide innovative solutions for transport industries (automotive, rail, aeronautics, and maritime).

This event will bring together a wide range of industrial and academic stakeholders to present the latest advances in recycled, bio-based, and composite materials, as well as practical solutions meeting performance and sustainability requirements.

On this occasion, CETI will present its innovation and development focus areas in textile applications for transport, in connection with its work on advanced materials and industrial processes.
